Athabasca Falls.

This is part of the Athabasca Falls in the Canadian Rockies taken in June 2003. The whole system is quite spectacular and thankfully securely fenced off to stop the queue of fellow tourists posing on the rocks. One is spoilt for choice of view points, the only problem is getting enough light into the gorges.

The exposure was stopped down with the camera on a tripod and protected from the spray.

Camera:- Pentax MZ 3, 43mm lens, orange filter.

Film:- FP4 @ 80 ISO developed in Rodinal 1:50
