Freefall.

This is the waterfall at the top of Johnson's Canyon, near Banff, in the Canadian Rockies.

The walk up the canyon is fairly easy with the municipal style paved footpath and guardrails. The end the causeway does go out over the river to allow a good view of the fall. It's a question of taking your turn to get your photo, but at least there is no chance of other tourists continually jumping over the handrail to have their picture taken with the waterfall in the background.

The light was very contrasty, which made a bit of dodging and burning necessary at the printing stage. I would have liked to have stood a bit further to the right, but wouldn't have survived to show the photo.
