My name is Andrea Ingram and I live in Mossley, Lancs. I use old cameras and this one was taken with a Voightlander folding RF on Tmax 100 and developed in Rodinal 1-25.
The picture was taken on a recent trip to Gent, Belgium for a cycle race. Just came out of the respite-care bar when I noticed this scene.
